Please send a photo of the fault to info@rent4fleet.be, and we will assess the problem and how we can resolve it.
Depending on the error message, we will arrange an appointment at one of the Rent4Fleet partner service centres to resolve your issue. Together with you, we will see where and when this service can be performed.
You will get a notification on your dashboard. On average, maintenance is required around 30,000 to 40,000 kilometers.
Are you getting that message? Call Please contact Rent4Fleet Assistance on 0032(0)9 282 47 95. We will then book an appointment for you at one of the Rent4Fleet partner service centres.
The location and time of the appointment is, of course, in consultation with you.
You can either change the tyre yourself or contact Rent4Fleet Assistance on 0032(0)9 282 47 95. They will guide you further.
No spare tire at hand?
Please contact Rent4Fleet Assistance on 0032(0)9 282 47 95.
Our helpdesk will then ensure that a Rent4Fleet partner gets you back on the road. Your car tire will be repaired on site or your car will be towed to the nearest tire center in our network.
Depending on the extent of the damage, Rent4Fleet Assistance will arrange for an external company to come and repair the windscreen of your hire car on site.
No injuries? Please contact Rent4Fleet Assistance before completing the accident report form.
- Complete the European Collision Form at the scene and have it signed by both parties.
- The original (top sheet) is intended for Rent4Fleet.
- The 2nd copy is for the other party.
- Take photos of the situation at the scene, the damage to your vehicle and any other vehicles involved.
- Please email the photos, the accident report form and, if applicable, the police report number to info@rent4fleet.be within 24 hours of the accident.
Is your vehicle no longer roadworthy? Call Rent4Fleet Assistance immediately!
You can find a QR code via the on-board documents in your car. Scan that code to get the insurance certificate digitally.
A digital version of this is sufficient to be legally compliant. Of course, you may also keep a hard copy of your car insurance certificate in the car. That way you are playing it safe.

You can reserve a vehicle in three ways
- By phone during office hours
- By email or contact form
- Stop by one of our branches during business hours
PLEASE NOTE: Your reservation is only valid upon presentation of a reservation confirmation.
Would you like a prompt reservation? Then state:
- The type of vehicle you wish to rent
- For what period you want to rent the vehicle
- The address where we best deliver the vehicle: on site or at the employee’s home
- Your name, address, phone number, e-mail, account number and VAT number
- Use of the car
- Comprehensive insurance with exemption
- Exemption up to 2420 euros for drivers under 23 years of age
- Exemption up to 1210 euros for drivers aged 23 and above
- Assistance 24/7 through Rent4Fleet Assistance
- Car maintenance
- Wear costs
What is not yet included in the price, among other things

Purchasing part of your fleet is a good move, in our opinion. Grossly, companies are interested if 80% of their fleet is purchased, and 20% is through car rental.
Why? Due to personnel changes, purchased cars are sometimes idle. Due to market changes, the value of cars goes down. With a rented car, you don’t have to worry about that.
Renting a car has numerous advantages. Thanks to our young rental cars, you also ensure a positive corporate image!
The minimale rental period for cars is 1 month, but that can also be longer of course. Vans can u on a shorter-term lease. Even if it’s just for a day! Contact us for a customized proposal.
To assist you as smoothly as possible when picking up a vehicle, please have all of the following items ready :
- Valid Belgian driving license with chip present (reading via eid must be possible)
- Valid Belgian identity card
- Visa card or other credit card so we can reserve the deposit.
- Attention : not possible to pay deposit via bancontact or cash
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
With us, one day equals one calendar day, that is, from morning to evening.
A few examples:
If you collect the car on Monday morning for a one-day hire, it must be returned to us by 6am on Tuesday morning. An additional day will be charged for cars arriving later. Pickup on Monday afternoon for one day rental means return by 6am on Tuesday morning.
Half-day reservations are not possible
Our rental days start every day from 8 am and end at 11:30 pm. The customer can purchase the vehicle the day before
pickup between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. (if free at that time). When renting on Sunday, you can pick up the vehicle by appointment. If you pick up the vehicle the day before the start date listed on the contract, you will be authorized to drive from our office to your home. This is purely for insurance reasons.
Our insurance policy covers only the day(s) of rental as stated on the contract, with the exception of the possibility of
to drop off the vehicle the day before between 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., or for a Sunday rental by arrangement
fetch. In these cases, movement is only allowed from the pickup office to your home or office.
Suppose after pickup you still use the vehicle that day, we will have to charge extra day(s).
